Please, if you have decided to travel one of our tour programs, call or email us to be sure there is an opening for your specific trip and dates, before you send the application.
After you contact us, we will check availability and prepare an itinerary especially for you and your traveling companions with the dates and tours you have decided upon. We will work out the logistics to make all the individual components of your trip work smoothly together. After we receive your acceptance of the itinerary we develop, we will need your Application and Deposit to make the booking. When we receive your application, several things will happen concurrently: We will book and ask for confirmation from all the hotels, lodges and boats that are part of your itinerary. We will confirm to you. We will let you know if any changes need to be considered and work out the details with you. We will invoice you for your tour and send you a pre-departure package with important information to assist you in preparation for your trip.
To book a tour program with GreenTracks, you will need to submit an Application with a deposit for each person traveling. Deposit amounts required by cruise ships and some lodges do differ. We will inform you of the details of the deposits for your trip by email before you book your trip. We must have both an application and a deposit to make a confirmed booking for you.
